iBOCC Care Expert Dr. Ashutosh Tondare Shares Cancer Awareness and Early Detection Guidance at Lokmat Sakhi Arogyavati InitiativeWomen’s health is strengthened by awareness, timely diagnosis, and access to the right medical guidance.

As part of the Lokmat Sakhi Arogyavati initiative, organised in association with Medicover Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, leading medical experts came together to provide women with valuable insights and guidance on important health concerns.

The programme brought together experts from gynaecology and oncology to address topics including menopause, women’s health, cancer prevention, early diagnosis, and modern treatment options.

Dr. Ashutosh Tondare, Consultant in Oncology, interacted with participants and shared important information about cancer prevention, the importance of early detection, and available modern treatment approaches. He also addressed common misconceptions surrounding cancer and emphasised that cancer is not synonymous with death. With timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment, many cancers can be successfully treated.

The event also focused on encouraging women to become more proactive about their health, recognise potential warning signs, seek medical advice when needed, and overcome the fear and misconceptions often associated with cancer.

The overwhelming participation of women reflected the growing importance of creating accessible platforms where people can interact directly with medical experts and receive reliable, expert-led health guidance.

At iBOCC Care, we believe that awareness is the first step towards better cancer care. Through initiatives like these, we remain committed to spreading knowledge, encouraging early diagnosis, and helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their health.

i-BOCC Care Moderates National-Level Oncology Session

i-BOCC Care recently had the privilege of moderating a prestigious national-level oncology session featuring distinguished panelists from across India, each bringing extensive clinical experience and academic excellence to the discussion.

The session addressed some of the most complex and decision-intensive areas in contemporary oncology practice. Panelists shared concise, experience-driven perspectives grounded in real-world clinical scenarios, making the discussion both practical and academically enriching.

A key highlight of the session was an engaging deliberation on a significant and often-debated question within the oncology community — whether clinical oncology practice should begin immediately after MS training or follow a structured, layered subspecialty pathway. The exchange of viewpoints was balanced, insightful, and intellectually stimulating.

The session saw remarkable audience participation, with thoughtful questions and dynamic interaction throughout. Such was the depth and quality of the discussion that the scheduled one-hour timeframe proved insufficient to fully explore the breadth of ideas presented.

Facilitating this dialogue at a national platform reflects i-BOCC Care’s continued commitment to advancing structured, evidence-based oncology training and fostering collaborative decision-making in cancer care.
